GB Men face first Scandinavian Opponent next at the Copper Box
GB Men face first Scandinavian Opponent next at the Copper Box

After a tough defeat yesterday against France there is not much time for recovery. Our GB Men’s next challenge is tomorrow at 2.30 pm against Sweden.

The historic game against France is in the past and the crowd was a fantastic support despite the result. Christopher Mc Dermott proudly said: “The atmosphere was electric”.

Tomorrow however the challenge will not be a lot easier. Sweden, the four times World- and European Champion and three times Silver Medalist at Olympic Games have won their first game against Tunisia 28:21. The Scandinavian Team with Stars like Kim Anderson, Kim Ekdahl du Rietz or Niclas Ekberg have started well into the tournament.

GB’s task for tomorrow will be to improve on their performance and minimize the mistakes they have made in last nights game.
Tuning these details will be important to make a difference and being able to hold to score as tight as possible.

Our Team will do everything they can to make the GB fans and the whole crowd go wild in in the Copper Box. Be a part of it at 2.30 pm. when our GB Men’s Handball Team shows Great Britain why this sport is one of the most popular Sports in Europe!
